Order Processing

As all prints are made to order, please allow processing time before your order is dispatched. Processing times may vary depending on the product type and current demand. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia-Wide)

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders — both photographic prints and box framed prints — to every state and territory. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. Please note these are estimates only and can't be guaranteed.

International Shipping (Photographic Prints Only)

We ship unframed photographic prints worldwide for a flat rate of $19.95. Please note that box framed prints are not available for international delivery. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are outside our control and aren't included in your order total.

Shipping Delays

Summerfield Photographic Wall Artwork is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
