Shipping & Returns
Free shipping Australia-wide on all orders — both photographic prints and box framed prints. Internationally, we ship unframed photographic prints only, at a flat rate of $19.95 (framed prints aren't available for international delivery).
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country's customs authority — these are outside our control and aren't included in your order total.
Unframed prints ship worldwide via Australia Post, sent rolled in a sealed cardboard tube.
Framed artwork is shipped protected in bubble wrap and in a sealed cardboard box.
Every print is made to order and finished by hand. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to make and dispatch unframed prints, and up to 7 business days for framed. Once dispatched, safe delivery takes a further 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
As each piece is made just for you, we're sadly unable to accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully. That said, if your artwork arrives damaged, we'll do everything we can to put it right.
